Sophie MOMÈGE
President (founder) and Responsible Pharmacist
Sophie Momège, 25-year career in pharmaceutical companies dedicated to ophthalmology!
Before creating Laboratoires Kôl, Sophie was Deputy Director in charge of Pharmaceutical Affairs and Corporate Quality. She has built up an extensive experience in new product registrations, in economical affairs and pharmacovigilance internationally.
Sophie has a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the Clermont Ferrand faculty and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from EM Lyon.
In 2015, Sophie was awarded with the French National Trophy of Economy, in the Woman Entrepreneurship section.

Denis COQUILLET
Administrative Director Consultant
Holder of INM master , Denis is characterized by his expertise in the field of finance and accounting in companies of different sizes but also by his dynamism and his passion for innovative and promising entrepreneurial projects.
Experienced in the management of companies in the health sector, he is the interlocutor of our financial partners and supports the team in all circumstances

Xavier LAMOINE
Medical Science Liaison
Bringing 20 years' experience in a wide range of fields in the pharmaceutical industry, Xavier has been passionate about ophthalmology for the past ten years through his career as Scientific Manager, whether in the city, the hospital or the operating room.
Enthusiastic about contributing his experience to Laboratoires Kôl, he is the preferred partner of ophthalmologists in the Grand-Ouest region of France.
Curious and dynamic, his motto is and will remain:
"There are no problems, only solutions."
On a personal level, Xavier is a sports enthusiast, epicurean and loves to be enriched by differences.

Arnaud FIAT
Regional Scientific Director
With ten years in the world of high-level sport, Arnaud is joining us in this new adventure! From his 2 meters height, he has a panoramic and long-term view of the world of ophthalmology. Holder of a master's degree in business school, he has learned, trained and understood the medical field thanks to his proximity to ophthalmologists.
After several years, in a laboratory specializing in ophthalmology where he trained in corneal pathologies, he joined our team and became the essential link between practitioners and KÔL Laboratories.

Yann DUTHEL
Medical Science Liaison
With a career that already totals 27 years dedicated to the pharmaceutical industry, Yann has made a name for himself in the small world of ophthalmology and has been performing medical and scientific information functions for ophthalmologists for over 15 years.
Yann is renowned for his excellent interpersonal skills, his involvement with the medical profession and his experience in the hospital environment, including the operating theatre..
Passionate about fine mechanical engineering and travel, Yann holds the position of MSL at KÔL and covers the North-East quarter of France.

Rudy MARTEAU
Business Development and Industrial Operations Director
Rudy has worked for 25 years for CDMO's and pharmaceutical companies in the ophthalmology space. He has held both Business Development and Industrial/Supply-chain positions at corporate level. His responsibilities have notably led him to lead business units abroad. As a globetrotter, Rudy has forged personal and professional links on 5 continents.
Passionate about travel and the economy, he enjoys convivial moments where everyone can share their own experiences. Rudy is a graduates of the Sup de Co Amiens group, holds a Master in Management and Strategic Management-ICG from IFG Lyon and a diploma in Operational Excellence from Centrale Supélec Paris.

Mickaël ABADIE
Medical and Scientific Manager
Mickaël is a Doctor of Pharmacy, graduated from the Faculty of Clermont-Ferrand. He holds an IUD "Training of investigators in clinical drug trials" from the University of Lyon. He has worked for 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry, in the fields of marketing, medicine and sales management. He graduated from an Executive MBA from EMLyon.

Ludivine COUSIN

Orthoptiste, diplômée à Toulouse. Ludivine a commencé dans le domaine de l’ophtalmologie au Centre Hospitalier National d'Ophtalmologie des Quinze-Vingts à Paris en tant qu’orthoptiste, puis en tant que responsable commerciale pour du matériel ophtalmologique tels que lasers, échographes, rétinographes, …
De retour d’un Tour du monde de 15 mois, elle rejoint l’équipe des Laboratoires KÔL en tant que : MSL sur Paris/IDF, la Normandie et les Hauts de France.

Franck THAURY
Medical Science Liaison
Avec plus de 30 ans de carrière dans divers postes de l'industrie de la santé, médicaments et dispositifs médicaux, Franck maîtrise les spécificités de nombreuses spécialités médicales. Impliqué, avec un excellent relationnel, en recherche permanente de la satisfaction des patients, de ses clients et de ses collègues, il nous a rejoint en 2023 comme consultant pour une mission de remplacement en ophtalmologie sur l'IDF et les Hauts de France.
Très enthousiaste et bien intégré chez KOL, il est désormais en charge du développement sur le territoire d'une nouvelle solution thérapeutique innovante.
Il vit ses passions (Rugby, Motos, Musique...) toujours dans la bonne humeur et la franchise.

Justine MÉNAGER
Head of Quality, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs
Justine is a Doctor of Pharmacy, graduated from the faculty of Clermont-Ferrand and holds a Master 2 Technico-Regulatory Affairs.
Before joining Laboratoires Kôl, Justine was Quality Manager at a medical device software start-up, where she set up the quality system for its ISO 13485: 2016 certification.
"My job is to ensure that medicines comply with regulations. What I like about Kôl is the diversity of the assignments. It can be preparing dossiers for the registration of our products, advising on document validation, monitoring pharmacovigilance, in a modern, friendly and caring environment."

Lisa GANDEBOEUF
Office Manager
After a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a Master's in Event Marketing, Lisa is the "Swiss Army knife" at Laboratoires Kôl. Like everyone's right-hand woman, she accompanies all the staff, acts as a link between them, and ensures the smooth running of the business in general.
Whether in day-to-day organization, sales administration, conference and seminar planning or communications, she's at the heart of our Start Up's life, and that's what she loves about it.
"It's a real challenge to be on all fronts in a dynamic Start Up like Laboratoires Kôl, and that's precisely why I'm here! My job is to be a permanent link with all my colleagues, to help and support them in organizing their work, while managing all company-related events."

After studying business management and obtaining a Master's degree in Sales Marketing - Sales Management & International Business, Céline joined KÔL Laboratories in the "EXPORT" department.

Pascale POULIQUEN
Expert Ophthalmologist
Pascale was trained as an ophthalmologist by Prof. Colin at the Brest University Hospital. She has ten years of experience in medical and surgical ophthalmology as a former head of clinic at the Brest Hospitals and head of department at Quimper Hospital. Passionate about research, she then joined the pharmaceutical industry to devote herself to the development of drugs that have brought significant advances in ophthalmology.
Still so passionated about the human and scientific aspects of research for new therapeutic avenues in ophthalmology, Pascale accompanies KÔL as a consultant in order to provide the team with the benefit of her expertise.

Jeanne ROSSIGNOL
Pre-clinical / Clinical Project Manager
Jeanne is a Doctor of Neuroscience at the University of Clermont Auvergne since October 2023.
Her responsibilities at KÔL laboratories include setting up and monitoring pre-clinical and clinical research projects, and following up a cohort of patients..
Outside her professional life, Jeanne is passionate about horse-riding, rugby and travel..
